Key Responsibilities:
1. Student Recruitment

Actively engage in outreach activities, such as college fairs, school visits, and open houses.

Build and maintain relationships with prospective students, parents, and high school counselors.

Answer inquiries about admission requirements, academic programs, and financial aid options.

2. Application Management

Conduct interviews and assess applicants to determine their fit for the institution.

3. Counseling and Guidance

Provide guidance to prospective students and families regarding career paths and educational options.

Assist students in navigating the financial aid and scholarship processes.

Act as a resource for information on campus life, housing, and student support services.

4. Data and Reporting

Maintain accurate records of interactions and admissions data in the CRM system.

5. Event Coordination

Plan and execute admissions events, including campus tours, webinars, and information sessions.

Represent the institution at community and professional events.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in education, communication, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Experience in admissions, sales, or customer service (preferred).

Familiarity with CRM systems and data management tools.

Ability to travel for recruitment events and work flexible hours as needed.
Skills Required:
Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Strong public speaking and presentation skills.

Attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
