**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Counsel students and parents regarding academic programs, admission procedures, eligibility, and career opportunities.
- Conduct campus tours and explain the benefits of our institution.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, and coaching institutes to generate leads.
- Participate in education fairs, seminars, and promotional events to enhance student enrollments.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure smooth onboarding of new students.

**Minimum Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Education/Marketing background preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.
- Prior experience in admissions, counseling, or sales is preferred.
