- **Role Description**_

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admissions Counselor located in Panchkula. The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for giving information about the courses, their benefits, and eligibility criteria to potential students. The Admissions Counselor will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service to students, achieving sales targets, and supporting the education team when needed.
- **Qualifications**_
- Interpersonal Communication and Customer Service skills
- Excellent written and verbal Communication skills in English and Hindi
- Sales skills
- Exceptional tele calling/ tele communications
- Education background
- Experience in the education industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field

Relevant skills that would be beneficial include familiarity with leadsquared and/or other CRM software, strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
