We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Student Counselor cum Business Developer. This unique role combines the responsibilities of guiding students through the admissions process while driving business development efforts to enhance our institution's growth.

Role: Student Counselor cum Business Developer Location: Panchkula Type: Full-time

**Responsibilities**:
Student Counseling: Provide expert guidance to prospective students and their families, offering insights into various educational programs, admission requirements, and career paths.

Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to attract new students, foster partnerships with schools and educational institutions, and enhance overall admissions performance.

Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including parents, teachers, and educational counselors, to promote our institution and its programs.

Market Research: Conduct research to stay updated on educational trends, market demands, and competition, using this knowledge to make data-driven decisions for business growth.

Technology Integration: Utilize digital platforms and technology to reach a wider audience and streamline admissions processes.

Event Coordination: Organize and participate in education fairs, seminars, and workshops to showcase our institution's offerings and expand our reach.

Reporting: Prepare regular reports on admissions performance and business development efforts, presenting actionable insights to management.

**Requirements**:
Educational Background: A bachelor's degree or higher in Education, Counseling, Business, or related fields.

Counseling Experience: Proven experience in student counseling, with a strong understanding of educational programs and career pathways.

Business Development Skills: Demonstrated ability in driving business growth, networking, and partnership building.

Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and educational institutions.

Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with digital marketing, social media, and admission management tools.

Results-Oriented: A proactive and goal-driven mindset, with a track record of achieving targets.

Ethical Standards: Uphold high ethical standards and ensure compliance with regulations related to counseling and admissions.
