
Inside Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Qualify leads and prioritize opportunities based on customer needs, budget, timeline, and decision-making process.
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Sales Managers to develop strategic sales approaches for target accounts.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our IT infrastructure solutions.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing customers to drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Work closely with Sales Engineers to ensure technical requirements are addressed in proposals and quotations.
- Utilize CRM software to maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Proven inside sales experience in IT infrastructure, with a successful track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure technologies, such as networking, storage, cloud computing, and virtualization.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated and driven.
- Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a customer-focused approach.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience selling IT infrastructure solutions to enterprise-level customers.
- Industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, VMware) are a plus.
- Knowledge of competitive landscape and market trends in IT infrastructure.
