**Market Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities in the FMCG sector.
- Analyze consumer behavior and preferences to inform marketing and sales strategies.
- **Sales and Business Development**:

- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets for FMCG products.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers.
- **Product Promotion and Brand Visibility**:

- Implement marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and promote FMCG products.
- Work closely with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
- **Travel Requirements**:

- Extensive travel within the designated region to meet clients, distributors, and retailers.
- Conduct on-site visits to assess market conditions and implement sales strategies effectively.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in retail outlets and distribution networks.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Sales Reporting and Analysis**:

- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Utilize data-driven insights to adjust strategies for continuous improvement.
- **Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams**:

- Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless product availability and delivery.
- Provide input for the development of new products or improvements to existing ones.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales and marketing roles within the FMCG industry. Freshers with strong interest are also welcome.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
- Familiarity with FMCG distribution networks and retail channels.

**Note**:
**Salary**: ₹11,777.24 - ₹21,985.17 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Shift:

- Day shift

Travel requirement:

- Travel
- Up to 50% travel
- Up to 70% travel
