**Sales Executive - Calicut BranchResponsibilities**:

- **Prospect Identification**: Source potential customers through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain a thorough understanding of the products we have, including features, benefits, and pricing.
- **Customer Relationships**: Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- **Sales Presentations**: Conduct demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- **Negotiation**: Negotiate terms of sales and close deals.
- **Sales Targets**: Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to management.
- **Market Research**: Keep abreast of market trends and competitors’ activities.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor and manage inventory to ensure optimal stock levels.
- **After-Sales Service**: Provide post-sales support and follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- **Experience**: Proven track record of successful sales experience in the sales industry.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
