Ledworld is a leading player in the lighting industry, committed to providing innovative and high-quality lighting solutions. As we continue to expand our presence, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets in the lighting industry.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities while maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and campaigns.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years of successful experience in sales, preferably in the lighting industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of lighting products and industry trends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-oriented and self-motivated.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
