**Job description**

**Designation -Sales Representative**

We are looking for a person with the following ability's to handle the Tata Motors Gensets & Rolls Royce MTU Gensets business for **North Kerala** region mainly in **Calicut & Malappuram**

1. Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle Developing proposals for prospecting clients,

2. Provide all supports required for the sales associate for the closure of deals,

3. Ability to take up challenging targets and achieving them in the most effective & time bound manner,

4. Ability to identify & understand our customer real requirements,

5. Develop and implement new sales initiates/strategies & programs, to capture key demographic, Setting goals and developing plans for business & revenue growth

6. Providing sales management information’s/reports for the management.

Diploma in Sales & Marketing or equivalent

Need to be able close sales over the phone

Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in direct sales

Needs to know how to speak fluent: English & Hindi (possible language Tamil & Kannada)

Good with Microsoft Office Skills & Google Drive Apps

**Experience**:
Lead generation: 1 year (required)

Total work: 1 year (preferred)

Sales: 1 year (preferred)
