**Job Description**:

- Will provide effective technical assistance to our employees.
- Responsible for installing, upgrading and troubleshooting hardware and software systems.
- Maintaining and administering computer networks and related computing environments.
- Configure and Manage Wireless Access Points.
- Troubleshoot network and wireless connectivity of corporate users.
- Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN) and other systems.
- Manage file servers and printer servers.
- Manage hardware and software assets of entire organisation.
- Conduct remote troubleshooting for employees.
- Test alternative pathways until you resolve an issue.
- Follow up to ensure their systems are functional.
- Help create technical documentation and manuals.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
