**Job Description: Client Support Executive**

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Client Support Executive. As a Client Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and assistance to our valued customers. With at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, you will be able to quickly understand customer needs, provide efficient solutions, and ensure a positive customer experience.

**Responsibilities**:
**Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact for any inquiries, issues, or requests.

**Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution**: Respond to client inquiries and troubleshoot technical and non-technical issues promptly and effectively. Provide accurate and timely solutions or escalate to the appropriate department if necessary.

**Customer Satisfaction**: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by consistently delivering excellent service and resolving issues in a timely manner. Proactively seek feedback and suggestions to continuously improve the client support experience.

**Skills Required**:
**Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client support or customer service role. Experience in a B2C environment is preferred.

**Excellent Communication**: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and concisely.

**Problem-Solving Skills**: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose client issues and provide effective solutions.

**Customer Focus**: Ability to empathize with clients and maintain a calm and professional demeanor even in challenging situations.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
