**_Requirements & Responsibilities: _**
- Monitoring infrastructure resource usage and events to detect potential problems before they may escalate to incidents.
- Responding to and resolving automated alerts and incidents, utilizing the provided alerts and usage metrics to diagnose root cause.
- Documenting changes made to systems.
- Identifying and developing processes to improve infrastructure and CI/CD automation.
- Coordination with both systems and software engineering team members to improve the overall software delivery process.
- Other operational duties as assigned

**_Qualifications: _**
- 5+ years of experience with highly available systems and site reliability best practices
- Strong English language skills.
- Excellent at debugging complex problems and troubleshooting and resolving issues as they may arise. Understanding and documenting changes before performed.
- Experience in both Windows and RHLE Linux systems. Extremely comfortable in bash and PowerShell shells, writing scripts and understanding the underlying internals of both environments.
- Understands OSI network stack and troubleshooting network layer issues, subnetting, access control, configuration techniques, and network security best practices.
- SQL Server Database Administration skills, especially H/A setup and D/R best practices.
- Understanding how to investigate and improve performance bottlenecks that may arise in the database layer.
- Experience with implementing and maintaining CI/CD systems, working with developers and other teams to automate rapid iterations of building, testing, and deploying quality software to production systems. Familiarity with Jenkins maintenance, groovy scripting a plus.
- Developing TSQL queries, querying large sets of data across structured databases in order to retrieve analytical insights.
- Experience with version control systems, particularly Git and Perforce in a team setting.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
