**Responsibilities**:
Budgeting
P&L for the outlets
Hands on experience with Marketing
Formulation of new SOPs and implementing them
Good hands on with excel and power point
MIS reports
People oriented approach

**Skills**:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Strong organizational and communication skills
Leadership skills that utilize persuasion and motivation to attain
organizational goals is the most desirable management quality, followed by
honesty, integrity, ethical behaviour, tactfulness, openness, and cultural
awareness;
Ability to accept responsibility;
Self confidence, motivation, drive and tenacity;
Ability to enhance organizational performance;
