The role serves as a key resource for internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding, custodial processing, account maintenance, and data integrity across portfolio systems. This role combines client service excellence with operational data management to support accurate, compliant, and timely delivery of client information through collaboration with internal teams. **Key Responsibilities** - Coordinate and oversee day-to-day workload management for team of 2 - 3 staff; assign responsibilities based on staff availability. - Provide feedback (written and verbal) and performance reviews for staff. - Collaborate with other Operations supervisors and Managers to ensure cohesive department strategy. - Maintain and audit client portfolio structures and transactions within custodial and portfolio accounting systems. - Ensure all client documentation and procedures meet compliance standards. - Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders to resolve issues. - Monitor and reconcile daily transactions, alerts, and data discrepancies. - Respond to internal requests for data, reports, and account information. - Support ongoing projects and tasks related to client operations and data accuracy. **Education** - Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent **Experience/Qualifications** - 5+ years’ industry experience.
