**Job Overview**:
The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring smooth coordination between departments and efficient day-to-day functioning of operations. This includes monitoring the sales team’s performance, managing stock and inventory flow, and supervising dispatch, purchase, and other operational processes to maintain accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and review the daily work, targets, and follow-ups of the sales team.
- Ensure sales activities are completed accurately, effectively, and on time.
- Keep regular check on stock levels, inward, outward, and transfer entries.
- Supervise dispatch, purchase, and other operational departments for smooth workflow.
- Investigate and resolve issues like missing inventory, missing enquiries, or incorrect information.
- Cross-check data and entries across Google Sheets, Tally, and other internal records.
- Take regular updates from concerned departments and ensure data is correct or get it rectified.
- Coordinate between sales, warehouse, dispatch, and purchase teams to maintain accuracy and timelines.
- Ensure all dispatches are processed properly and documented.
- Assist the General Manager in reporting, coordination, and operational follow-ups.
- Prepare and maintain MIS and operational reports for management review.
- Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency

**Desired Skills & Qualifications**:

- Graduate in any stream
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in operations or similar supervisory role.
- Knowledge of stock management, logistics, and purchase coordination will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and team management skills.
- Proficient in Google sheets and Tally software.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.

**Salary**: 15k-25K per month (Depending on Interview performance and relevant experience)
