Job Description: Electrical Supervisor

Position Overview

The Electrical Supervisor oversees the maintenance, repair, and operational efficiency of electrical systems, including power generation, distribution, and lighting systems. The role ensures compliance with safety and operational standards while leading a team of electricians and technicians.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise the maintenance of transformers, ensuring proper oil levels, temperature checks, and operation of manual tap changers.
  • Monitor and oversee routine maintenance of LT panels, DG, capacitor panels, and distribution boards, including insulation testing, relay testing, and contact cleaning.
  • Ensure timely troubleshooting and repair of lighting panels, fixtures, and electrical accessories, including MCBs, MCCBs, switches, sockets, and bulbs.
  • Oversee the inspection and maintenance of UPS panels, inverters, and batteries, ensuring electrolyte levels and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure the health and functionality of the earthing system as per IE Rule 1956 and updated standards.
  • Maintain the lightning protection system and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Supervise EHS and PCB tests for air, water, and exhaust emissions, ensuring adherence to RIL compliance guidelines.
  • Oversee the operation and maintenance of lighting systems in common and internal business areas.
  • Ensure cleanliness and firmness of all cable and wire connections, and verify the mechanical integrity of breakers and switches.
  • Maintain the elevators, escalators, and LMS system to ensure uninterrupted 24x7 operations.
  • Maintain logs, records, and reports for all electrical systems and ensure timely reporting to management.

Lead and train electricians to perform their tasks efficiently while maintaining safety protocols.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹32,000.00 per month
