Job Overview:

The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring smooth coordination between departments and efficient day-to-day functioning of operations. This includes monitoring the sales team's performance, managing stock and inventory flow, and supervising dispatch, purchase, and other operational processes to maintain accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

· Monitor and review the daily work, targets, and follow-ups of the sales team.

· Ensure sales activities are completed accurately, effectively, and on time.

· Keep regular check on stock levels, inward, outward, and transfer entries.

· Supervise dispatch, purchase, and other operational departments for smooth workflow.

· Investigate and resolve issues like missing inventory, missing enquiries, or incorrect information.

· Cross-check data and entries across Google Sheets, Tally, and other internal records.

· Take regular updates from concerned departments and ensure data is correct or get it rectified.

· Coordinate between sales, warehouse, dispatch, and purchase teams to maintain accuracy and timelines.

· Ensure all dispatches are processed properly and documented.

· Assist the General Manager in reporting, coordination, and operational follow-ups.

· Prepare and maintain MIS and operational reports for management review.

· Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency

Managing Dispatch Department

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

· Graduate in any stream

· Minimum 2–5 years of experience in operations or similar supervisory role.

· Knowledge of stock management, logistics, and purchase coordination will be an advantage.

· Excellent communication and team management skills.

· Proficient in Google sheets and Tally software.

· Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
