Role Description

This full-time position as an Operations Supervisor is based on-site at our Ambernath location. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, managing and streamlining workflows, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. The Operations Supervisor will lead a team of skilled employees, monitor their performance, and implement strategies to optimize overall efficiency. This role involves analyzing operational processes, identifying areas for improvement, ensuring safety standards, and effectively communicating with team members to achieve company objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills to effectively manage and inspire team members.
  • In-depth knowledge of operations and operations management to streamline processes and ensure efficiency.
  • Analytical skills to assess workflows, identify bottlenecks, and develop actionable solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to clearly convey objectives and provide guidance to team members.
  • Proven ability to manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the engineering or manufacturing industry is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with safety standards and guidelines in industrial or engineering settings.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related field preferred.

Salary compensation: 10-15k/month + Incentives.
