Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Supervisor / floor manager position based in Mumbai. The Supervisor / floor manager will oversee daily team operations, ensure team performance targets are met, and maintain high standards of customer service. Responsibilities store management, include assigning and monitoring tasks, providing training and mentorship to team members, managing schedules, and resolving workplace issues. The Supervisor will also ensure store operations are seamlessly executed and aligned with company objectives, while fostering a positive and professional work environment.

Qualifications

  • Leadership and management skills, including ability to supervise teams, motivate employees, and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Proficiency in customer service and strong interpersonal communication abilities.
  • Problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills to handle store operations smoothly.
  • Experience in retail, sales, or related fields is preferred.
  • Adaptability to work in a dynamic retail environment and knowledge of jewelry trends is a plus.
  • Diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field is an advantage.
