Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Supervisor located in Mumbai. The Production Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the production floor, manage production schedules, ensure that production targets are met, and maintain quality standards. Responsibilities include planning and organizing production activities, coordinating with different departments, and troubleshooting any issues that arise during the production process. The Supervisor will also be responsible for monitoring staff performance, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and implementing efficiency improvements.

Qualifications

  • Supervisory Skills and Communication abilities
  • Experience in Spring Manufacturing Processes & Technical aspects of Spring Manufacturing
  • Experience with Production Planning and managing Production Schedules
  • Experience in creating Inventory Reports, Production Plans In Excel or equivalent softwares
  • Experience in Workforce handling & management.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry is preferred
