We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented **Flight Supervisor** to join our team in Mumbai. As a **Flight Supervisor**, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of flights, assisting the flight crew, and maintaining high levels of safety and customer service. This is a great opportunity for freshers or individuals with 0-3 years of experience to start a career in aviation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Flight Operations**: Supervise and coordinate pre-flight and post-flight activities, ensuring safe and efficient operations.
- **Team Coordination**: Work closely with flight crew members, ground staff, and airport operations to ensure all flight procedures are followed correctly.
- **Safety & Compliance**: Ensure all safety protocols are adhered to, conducting safety checks before and after the flight.
- **Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service and assist passengers with any in-flight queries or issues.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Work Experience**: 0-3 years of experience in a similar role, but freshers are also encouraged to apply.
- **Education**: A background in aviation, hospitality, or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- **Customer Service**: Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on providing top-notch customer service.
