Position Airport Airline Jobs Ground Staff Customer Service and Ticket Counter Company Overview Viswamitempowersolution is a leading provider of airport and airline services in Mumbai Maharashtra India We are committed to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and efficient travel experience for our passengers We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Ground Staff Customer Service and Ticket Counter staff In this role you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to passengers handling ticket sales and reservations and assisting with various airport operations Key Responsibilities - Greet and assist passengers at the ticket counter - Process ticket sales and reservations accurately and efficiently - Handle customer inquiries complaints and requests in a professional and timely manner - Ensure compliance with all airport and airline regulations and policies - Assist passengers with check-in boarding and baggage processes - Coordinate with other airport and airline staff to ensure a smooth and timely departure for flights - Maintain a clean and organized ticket counter and work area - Provide support to passengers with special needs or requests - Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and responsibly - Assist with any other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous customer service experience preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Basic computer skills - Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays - Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time If you are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and have a strong work ethic we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity with Viswamitempowersolution We offer competitive salary and benefits packages as well as opportunities for career growth and development Join our team and be a part of the exciting world of airport and airline operations
