
Performance Marketing Executive

- Experience: 2-3 years in performance marketing_
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Competitor Analysis: Research and analyze competitors’ marketing strategies, ad approaches, and keyword rankings to identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement._
- Keyword Research: Conduct in-depth keyword research to discover and expand keyword opportunities that align with client business objectives. Utilize insights to optimize existing campaigns and uncover new targeting opportunities._
- Reporting and Insights: Regularly monitor and report on the performance of both new and existing products within advertising campaigns, using data-driven insights to inform future strategies and optimisations._
**Campaign Strategy & Execution**:
- _Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. _
- Manage bids and budgets across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Facebook Ads campaigns. Monitor and adjust daily budgets to optimise spend and maximise ROI._
- Set up and manage PPC campaigns, ensuring high ROI and ROAS. _
- Provide strategic recommendations based on performance insights._
**Data-Driven Optimization**:
- _Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement. _
- Implement A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and targeting strategies to optimize results. _
**Budget Management**:
- _Allocate budgets effectively across channels and campaigns, ensuring maximum performance and efficiency. _
- Track and report daily/weekly/monthly spends versus results. _
**Audience Targeting & Retargeting**:
- _Build custom audiences based on data insights. _
- Deploy effective retargeting strategies to nurture and convert leads. _
**Creative Collaboration**:
- _Collaborate with graphic designers and content teams to create impactful ad creatives and copy. _
- Ensure branding consistency across campaigns. _
**Performance Reporting**:
- _Prepare detailed reports showcasing campaign KPIs, including CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversion rates. _
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders. _
**Key Skills Required**:
- _Proficiency in tools like Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics. _
- Strong understanding of SEO and SEM principles. _
- Expertise in conversion rate optimization (CRO) and data interpretation. _
- Advanced knowledge of audience segmentation and targeting. _
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills. _
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- _Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. _
- Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar platforms. _
- Experience in handling large-scale ad campaigns._
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
