**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities.
- Understand client needs and offer appropriate solutions using company products/services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competition.
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations to potential clients.
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Negotiate terms of agreements and close sales.
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing.
- Maintain CRM records and provide timely reports to management.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop effective sales strategies.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events when required.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales/customer service role.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM).
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
**Preferred Skills**:
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle objections.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Minimum Experience Required
- 1 Year**
