- Handle end-to-end recruitment process for IT or Non-IT roles.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs.

**Required Skills**:

- Minimum 6-1 year of experience in recruitment (IT or Non-IT domain).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Strong decision-making and negotiation skills.
- Qualification:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 6-1 year of experience in recruitment (IT or Non-IT domain).
