The company was established in 2014 and has been active in the Indian market for around nine years. And is now looking at expanding its footprint exponentially.
**Responsibilities**:
- Ecommerce Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and execute comprehensive ecommerce sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Ecommerce Platform Management:
- Oversee the management and optimization of assigned ecommerce platforms
- Monitor ecommerce sales performance, traffic, and conversion rates.
- Analyze sales data and user behavior to identify areas for improvement and implement actionable insights.
- Marketing and Promotion:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute effective online campaigns and promotions.
- Utilize various marketing channels to increase brand visibility and attract more customers.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Ensure excellent customer service and support on the ecommerce platform.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
- Inventory and Logistics Coordination:
- Work closely with inventory and logistics teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
- Budgeting and Profitability:
- Develop and manage the ecommerce sales budget to achieve desired profitability targets.
- Implement cost-effective strategies while maximizing revenue.
**Qualifications/Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience of 4+ years in Ecommerce Sales
- Demonstrated track record of driving ecommerce sales growth and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team.
- In-depth knowledge of ecommerce platforms, digital marketing, and online sales strategies.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and derive actionable insights.
- Proficiency in using ecommerce platforms, CRM software, and sales reporting tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Understanding of customer behavior and online consumer trends.
- Willingness to stay updated with the latest industry developments and best practices.

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
