**Key Responsibilities**:

- **1. Product Listing and Management**:_
- Ceate and optimize product listings across all e-commerce platforms, including website and marketplaces.
- Ensure accurate product information, pricing, and inventory levels.
- Manage product catalogs and update them regularly.
- Order Processing and Fulfillment:

- Process orders promptly and efficiently.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Handle returns, refunds, and exchanges.
- **2. Customer Service**:_
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly.
- Build strong relationships with customers to enhance brand loyalty.
- **3. Digital Marketing**:_
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive online sales.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic and conversion rates.
- Sales and Revenue Growth:

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue.
- **4. Platform Management**:_
- Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms, including website and marketplaces.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends and technologies.
- **5. Reporting and Analysis**:_
- Generate regular reports on sales, website traffic, and marketing performance.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and e-commerce software.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
