E-commerce Associate

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Associate to join our growing team. The E-commerce Associate will assist in managing our online store, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer experience, and supporting various digital marketing initiatives. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about e-commerce and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
**Product Management**:
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of product listings, ensuring accuracy in descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the inventory team to manage stock availability.
**Customer Experience**:
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Handle order processing, including order entry, tracking, and fulfillment coordination.
**Website Management**:
- Update website content, including banners, promotions, and landing pages, to keep the site fresh and engaging.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure the website is visually appealing and user-friendly.
**Digital Marketing Support**:
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
**Data Analysis**:
- Track and analyze key performance metrics, such as sales data, conversion rates, and customer behavior.
- Use data to identify trends and opportunities for optimizing the e-commerce experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related role.
- Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) and content management systems.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing principles.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or other data analysis tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
