*E-Commerce Associate – Canvas & Weaves*
Canvas & Weaves is a Singapore based entity seeking an E-Commerce Associate to manage the backend operations of our Shopify marketplace. The role will include:
Handling bulk product uploads using CSV files and Shopify's backend (images, descriptions, pricing, collections).
Working with advanced Excel functions and formulas for pricing, stock lists, and product data from multiple brands.
Liaising with logistics partners to coordinate order dispatches and deliveries.
Tracking and updating orders in Shopify to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Providing general Shopify administrative support to keep the site accurate and updated.
Ideal candidate profile:
Prior experience in an e-commerce operations support role.
Strong proficiency with Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and CSV-based data management.
Detail-oriented, organised, and able to work independently.
This is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days a week in the office (based in Delhi) and 3 days working from home.
