- **Product management**: Create, update, and maintain product listings with accurate details, prices, and images.
- **Order processing**: Fulfill customer orders, coordinate with shipping services, and process returns or exchanges.
- **Data analysis**: Track and analyze sales data, website traffic, and customer reviews to identify trends and provide reports for decision-making.
- **Customer service**: Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience across all online touchpoints.
- **Cross-functional collaboration**: Work with other departments such as marketing, sales, IT, and customer service to ensure smooth operations.
