Tender Executive

We’re looking for a skilled Tender Executive with experience in handling GeM Portal tenders.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Search and identify relevant tenders on the **GeM portal**
2. Prepare and submit all required **documentation accurately and on time**
3. Upload tenders and related documents on the **portal**
4. Follow up on bids and **work towards successful conversion**
5. **Coordinate with internal teams for timely submissions**
**Requirements**:
1. **2-3 years of hands-on experience**with GeM Portal
2. Strong **communication, research, and documentation skills**
3. Ability to work **independently** and meet deadlines
Payment Structure:
**1. This is a freelance, commission-based position**
**2. No fixed salary - Payment will be made only on successful tenders**
**3. Commission will be discussed based on the value of the tender**
**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 18 - 20 per week
