EyeROV has won numerous awards including National Startup Award 2021 by TDB, Department of Science & Technology, Best Tech Design Award in 2020.Role & ResponsibilitiesDeliver annual sales revenue through Defense & MHA accountsDevelop and manage relationships with Defense, MHA, State Police, Fire & Rescue, NDRF, and Disaster Management Authorities.Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation → proposal/tendering → negotiation → contract closure → execution follow-up → collections.Draft techno-commercial proposals for government tenders, RFPs, and strategic projects.Work closely with the operations team for project execution and payment recovery.Establish strategic partnerships with SIs, PSUs, and local partners in key states to drive scale.Regularly report to the CEO with sales pipeline, forecasts, and progress on KPIs.Required SkillsStrong communicator with excellent oral, written, and presentation skills.Deep understanding of B2G and defense procurement processes (DAP, GeM, State Disaster Procurement).Ability to engage with senior officers/bureaucrats.Consultative and solution-oriented mindset; strong relationship builder.Fluency in English and Hindi (additional regional languages a plus).Preferred ProfileExperience: 8–15 years in B2G/B2B technical sales.Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electronics) or related field.Proven track record in Defense/MHA/Police/Disaster Management sales.Added advantage: Prior work with EyeROV's existing clients
