Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities for marketing and branding services.
  • Meet potential clients, pitch agency capabilities, and build long-term business relationships.
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for proposal development.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through active field visits and follow-ups.
  • Maintain and expand the client database within the assigned territory.
  • Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and marketing activations.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and client feedback to the management team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–4 years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in a marketing, media, or advertising agency.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively (local and outstation).
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setup.
