Personal Assistant to Founder

AtoZ VirtuaL is seeking a highly organized and proactive **Personal Assistant (PA)** to provide high-level administrative support to the Founder. The PA will act as a trusted partner, managing the Founder’s schedule, coordinating meetings, safeguarding confidential data and passwords, and ensuring seamless communication with internal teams and external stakeholders. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Communication Liaison**: Serve as the primary point of contact between the Founder and internal/external stakeholders, managing correspondence and responding to inquiries promptly.
- **Meeting Coordination**: Organize and attend meetings on behalf of the Founder, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- **Task and Project Management**: Assist the Founder in managing ongoing projects by coordinating with team members, tracking progress, and providing regular updates.
- **Document Preparation**: Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed, and assist in drafting and reviewing important communications.
- **Travel Arrangements**: Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodations, and transportation.
- **Confidentiality**: Handle sensitive information, such as passwords, data, and security files, with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- **Time Management & Prioritization**: Help the Founder prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and organize daily, weekly, and monthly schedules to ensure efficient time use.
- **Expense Management**: Manage expenses, including processing invoices, managing receipts, and handling reimbursements.
- **Schedule Management**: Oversee the Founder’s calendar, arranging appointments, meetings, and travel plans to ensure time is managed effectively for both internal and external engagements.
- **Event Planning**: Assist in organizing internal and external events, such as meetings, conferences, and team-building activities, ensuring smooth execution.
- Any other tasks as assigned

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a **Personal Assistant** or **Executive Assistant** supporting senior leadership.
- Excellent **organizational** and **time management** skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong **written and verbal communication** skills.
- High level of **discretion and confidentiality** in handling sensitive matters, data, and information.
- Ability to work independently and manage projects with mínimal supervision.
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Office** (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other productivity tools.
- Strong **attention to detail** and **problem-solving** skills.
- **Proactive** and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- A **Bachelor’s degree** or equivalent experience in a relevant field is preferred.

Pay: ₹9,769.84 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
