**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Cosmetics Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing expert product knowledge, personalized recommendations, and outstanding customer service to our valued customers. You will play a crucial role in driving sales, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and building lasting customer relationships.

**Responsibilities**:
**Customer Service**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide personalized product recommendations based on individual needs and preferences.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and effectively.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships

**Sales and Product Knowledge**:

- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest cosmetic trends and product releases.
- Promote special offers and loyalty programs.
- Accurately process transactions and handle cash/credit card payments.

**Store Operations**:

- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Restock shelves and ensure proper product displays.
- Assist with inventory management and stock control.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures.

**Teamwork**:

- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous retail sales experience, preferably in the cosmetics or beauty industry (preferred but not required).
- Passion for cosmetics and beauty products.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong sales and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.2
- Basic computer and POS system knowledge.
- A professional and well groomed appearance.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Formal training or certification in makeup artistry or skincare.
- Knowledge of various cosmetic brands and ingredients.

**Requirements**:
Experience: Minimum 1 year in Health & Beauty industry. (Fresher can also apply)

Vehicle: Must have own vehicle.

**Salary & Benefits**:
**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 (Based on Experience)
