
Real Estate Salesperson

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation & Prospecting**: Identify and generate new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and attending events.
- **Sales Presentations**: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value and benefits of the company’s products or services.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers by providing excellent service and personalized solutions.
- **Sales Strategy**: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- **Negotiation & Closing**: Negotiate pricing and terms with customers and close sales in a timely manner.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends to effectively present solutions to customers.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing, customer service, and other internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product delivery.
- **Market Research**: Gather customer feedback and market data to help refine product offerings and improve sales tactics.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a Salesperson, Account Executive, or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a drive to succeed and exceed targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track sales activities and manage customer data.
- Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple accounts and priorities.
- A customer-centric attitude with a focus on providing solutions that meet client needs.
- Experience in [industry-specific knowledge, if applicable, e.g., technology, real estate, retail, etc.] is a plus.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
