Job Title: Clothes Salesman/Sales Associate

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Greet customers, answer queries, and provide product information.

2. Display and merchandise clothing and accessories attractively.

3. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.

4. Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals.

5. Maintain knowledge of products, prices, and promotions.

6. Assist with inventory management, restocking, and visual displays.

7. Provide excellent customer service, handle complaints, and resolve issues.

8. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain store appearance.

9. Participate in visual merchandising, window displays, and promotions.

10. Stay up-to-date with fashion trends and product knowledge.

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

2. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

3. Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling.

4. Knowledge of fashion trends and clothing styles.

5. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Desirable Qualifications:
1. Previous retail or sales experience.

Salary Range:
The salary range for a Clothes Salesman varies based on location, experience, and employer. On average, it can range from ₹15,000 to ₹22,000 per month.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
