**About Us**:
Silvara Ornaments is a growing manufacturer of **silver jewelry**, including **Baby Najariya, Anklets, Bracelets, Gents lucky, and Rudraksh mala**. We manage our own in-house production and inventory, supplying high-quality products directly to **jewelry shops (B2B)** across Ahmedabad. We are expanding our sales team and looking for a **dedicated, trustworthy, and enthusiastic salesperson** to join us.

**Job Overview**:
We are hiring a **Field Sales Executive** who will visit jewelry shops across Ahmedabad to display and sell our silver jewelry collection. The role involves **shop-to-shop visits**, building strong relationships with jewelers, and achieving monthly sales targets.
This is a **B2B field sales position** — not a retail showroom job.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Visit jewelry shops across Ahmedabad daily to **show and sell silver jewelry**.
- Carry company jewelry items for display and **close on-the-spot sales**.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients and create new ones.
- Provide daily sales and visit reports to management.
- Handle and return company inventory safely at the end of each day.
- Collect market feedback on designs, pricing, and demand trends.

**Work Schedule**:

- **Timing**: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- **Day Routine**:

- Morning: Report to our shop, collect jewelry and targets.
- Daytime: Visit jewelry shops across Ahmedabad for sales.
- Evening: Return to the shop, submit unsold stock, and report daily activities.
- **Break**: Flexible lunch break (30 mins) during fieldwork hours.
- Must be **based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.**:

- **Fresher or up to 2 years** of experience in field sales.
- Must have **own two-wheeler and valid driving license.**:

- **Honest, responsible, and well-spoken** in Hindi and Gujarati.
- Comfortable working independently and meeting daily shop visit targets.
- Willing to **learn new skills** related to jewelry and sales.

**Salary & Benefits**:

- **Base Salary**: ₹13,500 per month
- **Fuel Allowance**: Fixed ₹2,500 per month
- **Commission**: Based on monthly sales performance
- **Total Earning Potential**: ₹16,000-₹22,000+ per month (depending on performance)
- Training and product knowledge will be provided.
