Job Summary:
We are hiring a **Retail Salesperson** for a reputed furniture showroom in Gota, Ahmedabad. The role involves handling customers, managing in-store sales operations, maintaining records, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable furniture products
- Manage in-store sales operations, ensuring smooth customer service and timely follow-ups
- Maintain stock records, invoices, sales reports, and customer interaction logs
- Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams for order processing and fulfillment
- Ensure day-to-day store operations run efficiently and address customer escalations promptly
- Assist in showroom marketing activities, promotional campaigns, and after-sales support
- Maintain product knowledge to confidently explain features, materials, and pricing to customers

**Required Skills**:

- Proficiency in Hindi, and Gujarati
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Sales-driven mindset with attention to detail and customer satisfaction
- Ability to work in a team and manage responsibilities effectively

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gota, Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
