Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Incentives

Working Hours: Tuesday to Sunday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Retail Salesperson for a reputed furniture showroom in Gota, Ahmedabad. The role involves handling customers, managing in-store sales operations, maintaining records, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable furniture products
  • Manage in-store sales operations, ensuring smooth customer service and timely follow-ups
  • Maintain stock records, invoices, sales reports, and customer interaction logs
  • Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams for order processing and fulfillment
  • Ensure day-to-day store operations run efficiently and address customer escalations promptly
  • Assist in showroom marketing activities, promotional campaigns, and after-sales support
  • Maintain product knowledge to confidently explain features, materials, and pricing to customers

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Hindi, and Gujarati
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Sales-driven mindset with attention to detail and customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work in a team and manage responsibilities effectively

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
