Experience - 1 to 3 Years

Job Responsibilities:

- Customer Service - Provide excellent customer service by greeting clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the selection process.
- Product Knowledge - Maintain in-depth knowledge of jewelry products, including materials, styles, and care instructions, to answer customer inquiries effectively.
- Sales - Actively engage in selling jewelry pieces, upselling or cross-selling items to increase sales.
- Showroom Maintenance - Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing, with proper display of jewelry.
- Payment Processing - Handle transactions, including cash, credit, and financing options, while ensuring accuracy in the cash register.
- Inventory Management - Assist in managing inventory, including restocking items, tracking sales, and reporting discrepancies.
- Customer Follow-Up - Maintain relationships with customers by following up on purchases, addressing concerns, and encouraging repeat business.
- Documentation - Complete necessary paperwork for sales, returns, and repairs, and maintain accurate records.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
