The F&B Sales Coordinator supports the Food & Beverage Sales team by coordinating sales activities, managing client communication, and ensuring seamless execution of F&B events and bookings. This role is vital in driving revenue growth through exceptional client service, efficient administrative support, and effective coordination between departments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the primary liaison between clients and the F&B team for inquiries, proposals, and event details.
- Prepare and follow up on banquet event orders (BEOs), contracts, and sales correspondence.
- Assist the F&B Sales Manager in achieving sales targets by identifying leads and managing client databases.
- Coordinate with kitchen, service, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of events.
- Maintain and update sales reports, booking logs, and client profiles.
- Schedule and participate in site inspections, tastings, and pre-event meetings.
- Assist in developing promotional materials, proposals, and social media content as needed.
- Ensure accurate billing and assist in resolving post-event issues or client concerns.
- Support the overall sales team in administrative tasks and special projects.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales coordination, customer service, or event planning—preferably in hospitality or F&B.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM or hotel/event management software is a plus.
- High attention to detail and a customer-oriented mindset.
- A diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
