About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Brand Promoter / Field Marketing Executive to represent our brand and engage with customers directly. This role involves executing marketing campaigns, increasing brand visibility, and driving product sales through face-to-face interactions at events, retail locations, and other outreach activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Promote products and services by engaging with potential customers in retail stores, events, and public spaces.
- Demonstrate product features, explain benefits, and answer customer questions effectively.
- Distribute promotional materials such as samples, brochures, and flyers.
- Organize and participate in promotional events and marketing campaigns.
- Gather and report customer feedback and market insights to help improve marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Maintain records of promotional activities and sales results.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in brand promotion, sales, or marketing is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outgoing and friendly personality with ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,987.78 - ₹30,281.35 per month
