Role & responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Positioning

  • Develop and execute advertising campaigns aligned with the jewellery brands positioning, values, and business goals.
  • Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all marketing channels.

Advertising & Media Planning

  • Plan and manage ATL (TV, print, radio, outdoor) and BTL (in-store promotions, events, sponsorships) campaigns.
  • Collaborate with media agencies to maximize ROI on advertising spends.
  • Oversee creative development for digital, social media, influencer, and traditional advertising campaigns.

Retail Marketing

  • Design localized campaigns for store launches, seasonal promotions (festive & wedding collections), and loyalty programs.
  • Partner with store teams to ensure advertising materials drive in-store traffic and enhance the shopping experience.

Creative Direction

  • Brief creative agencies for campaigns, ensuring visuals and messages resonate with luxury and trust in jewellery retail.
  • Supervise production of photoshoots, videos, catalogues, and digital assets.

Budget & Performance Tracking

  • Develop and manage the annual advertising budget.
  • Track KPIs such as brand awareness, footfall uplift, campaign reach, digital engagement, and conversion.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with merchandising, PR, and sales teams to align advertising with product launches and seasonal collections.
  • Liaise with influencers, celebrities, and media partners to strengthen brand presence.

Preferred candidate profile

-3+ years of experience in brand management or advertising, preferably in retail, luxury, or jewellery sector.
- Strong knowledge of ATL & BTL advertising, digital marketing, and media planning.
- Excellent creative judgment with a sharp eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Strong project management, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities.
