About ESC

The Electronics and Computer Software Export Promotion Council (ESC), under the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India, is the apex trade promotion body for India's IT, electronics, and software exports. With a membership base of 2,300+ companies, ESC has been instrumental in facilitating international trade, policy advocacy, delegations, capacity building, and global outreach programs.

The ESC (East) office plays a critical role in building strong regional and global linkages, hosting delegations, and representing India's IT & electronics potential before governments, embassies, and international organizations.

Position: Brand & Communication manager (Female Only)

We are looking for a dynamic, presentable, and highly skilled communication professional who can represent ESC's brand vision with impact, both nationally and internationally. The role requires handling delegations, embassies, and government officials, along with leading brand strategy, external communications, and event presence.

Key Responsibilities

Lead brand positioning and communication strategy for ESC (East).

Represent ESC with professionalism and confidence in high-level meetings with delegations, embassies, industry leaders, and government officials.

Curate and deliver impactful presentations, speeches, and briefs aligned with ESC's vision.

Oversee media relations, press communications, and digital presence.

Drive event branding and communication planning for conferences, trade delegations, and international visits.

Ensure consistency in messaging across internal and external stakeholders.

Work closely with leadership to enhance visibility, influence, and stakeholder engagement.

Desired Profile

Female candidate only, with strong interpersonal and representational skills.

Minimum 8 years of proven experience in brand management, corporate communications, public relations, or international liaisoning.

Exceptional oral and written communication skills (English proficiency is a must).

Ability to engage confidently with embassy representatives, international delegations, and senior government officials.

Presentable, articulate, and culturally sensitive.

Strong understanding of trade promotion, international relations, or IT/electronics ecosystem is an advantage.
