**Role Overview**:
As a Motion Graphic Artist, you will be responsible for creating high-quality motion graphics, animations, and video content to support political campaigns, social media initiatives, and digital outreach efforts. You will collaborate with creative teams, strategists, and content specialists to produce engaging visuals that effectively communicate political narratives.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**-Motion Graphics & Animation**:
○ Design and animate political campaign videos, social media content, and digital

advertisements.

○ Develop compelling motion graphics, infographics, and explainer videos to simplify complex political messages.

**-Video Editing & Post-Production**:
○ Edit raw footage, integrate motion graphics, and enhance video content for different digital platforms.

○ Ensure smooth transitions, color corrections, and special effects to maintain high-quality production standards.

**-Concept Development & Storyboarding**:
○ Work closely with content and strategy teams to develop creative concepts for political messaging.

○ Create storyboards and style frames to visualize motion graphic projects before execution.

**-Branding & Consistency**:
○ Ensure all visual content aligns with the political brand identity and maintains a consistent tone and style.

○ Adapt designs based on campaign requirements, regional variations, and audience preferences.

**-Collaboration & Innovation**:
○ Coordinate with video editors, designers, and copywriters to create engaging multimedia content.

○ Stay updated with the latest trends in motion graphics, animation, and political digital media strategies.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Experience: 2-5 years in motion graphics, animation, or video production, preferably in political consultancy, media, or advertising.
- Software Proficiency: Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other animation tools.
- Creativity & Storytelling: Strong ability to translate political messaging into visually compelling animations.
- Attention to Detail: High precision in animation timing, typography, and visual effects.
- Political Awareness: Understanding of Indian political landscape, election campaigns, and public sentiment (preferred).
- Time Management: Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in election campaign videos, digital political branding, or news media graphics.
- Knowledge of 3D animation tools like Blender or Cinema 4D (optional but preferred).
- Familiarity with social media trends and best practices for video conten

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
