Key Responsibilities:

*Conceptualize, design, and animate motion graphics for marketing campaigns, social media, advertisements, in-store screens, and digital promotions.

*Collaborate with the marketing and branding team to translate campaign ideas into visually compelling animated content.

*Design short product highlight videos, animated explainer content, festive greetings, and promotional videos to showcase jewellery collections.

*Ensure brand consistency across all visual content while adapting designs for multiple platforms (social media, e-commerce, OTT ads, in-store displays).

*Work with product photography and video teams to integrate graphics and animations seamlessly.

*Keep updated on design, fashion, jewellery, and digital marketing trends to bring fresh and innovative ideas.

*Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.

Requirements:

*Bachelor's degree/diploma in Animation, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.

*4-5 years of experience in motion graphics design, preferably in retail, fashion, lifestyle, or jewellery industry.

*Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other animation/design tools.

*Experience in 3D animation tools (Cinema 4D, Blender, Maya) will be a plus.

*Strong portfolio showcasing motion design, animation, and marketing campaign visuals.

*Good understanding of typography, color theory, and design principles.

*Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with attention to detail and brand aesthetics.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
