As a Continental Chef at The Carnivale, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation, cooking, and presentation of our Continental cuisine offerings. Your culinary expertise will be instrumental in shaping our menu and delighting our guests with dishes that showcase innovation, flavour, and impeccable quality.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Develop and maintain an innovative and dynamic Continental menu that reflects current culinary trends while aligning with the vision of The Carnivale.

Ensure the highest standards of food quality, taste, and presentation are consistently met or exceeded.

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Continental kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.

Manage inventory and food costing to optimize profitability while minimizing waste.

Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen staff to maintain a cohesive and efficient culinary team.

Stay updated on industry trends and new techniques, incorporating them into menu development and kitchen operations.

Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to sanitation and food safety guidelines.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Continental Chef or in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume, upscale dining establishment.
- Extensive knowledge of Continental cuisine, including classic dishes and contemporary interpretations.
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification from a recognized institution.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities, with the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a passion for culinary excellence.
- Familiarity with food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
