**Job Summary**:
A Continental Chef is responsible for preparing and presenting a variety of European-style dishes, including French, Italian, Spanish, and Mediterranean cuisine. The role involves cooking, plating, and maintaining high culinary standards while ensuring kitchen efficiency and hygiene.

**Responsibilities**

Prepare and cook continental dishes such as soups, salads, pastas and sauces.

Design and plan menus with a focus on seasonal and fresh ingredients

Ensure the quality and presentation of dishes meet established standards

Supervise and train kitchen staff as needed

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen

Monitor stock and place orders for supplies when necessary

**Qualifications**

Proven experience as a Continental Chef or similar role

Strong understanding of cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Attention to detail and creativity in food presentation
