**Job Title**: Sales Counselor

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by providing personalized consultations and product recommendations.
- Provide detailed product and service information, addressing customer questions and concerns to ensure they feel confident in their purchase decisions.
- **Sales Target Achievement**:

- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the Sales Manager.
- Drive sales by effectively matching customer needs with the appropriate wellness solutions offered by Vibes Wellness.
- Maintain a pipeline of potential clients and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
- **Lead Generation and Follow-Up**:

- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, events, and digital channels.
- Stay updated on new product launches, promotions, and sales strategies to effectively promote wellness solutions.
- **Product Knowledge & Training**:

- Gain a deep understanding of the full range of Vibes Wellness products, including wellness programs, health supplements, and lifestyle services.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' offerings to provide expert advice to customers.
- Assist in training new team members on product knowledge and sales techniques as needed.
- **Customer Feedback & Service**:

- Gather customer feedback and share insights with the product development and marketing teams to improve services and offerings.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Assist customers with post-purchase queries, including billing, product usage, and renewals.
- **Reporting & Data Management**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the CRM system.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the Sales Manager.
- Provide insights on sales trends, customer preferences, and areas for improvement.

**Key Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the wellness, health, or lifestyle sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple leads simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
- Passion for wellness and a proactive approach to learning about new products and trends.
- Problem-solving attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Compensation Package:

- Performance bonus
